I have always been a fan of the EFX Luke X-Wing Helmet but I was never happy with the factory weathering. I always felt like the ANH version was too light and the ESB was too dark. Therefore, I purchased a third EFX helmet and sanded it down and primed it for paint. I then went on the hunt for someone to help me repaint it to help satisfy my OCD tendencies. In doing so, I was lucky enough to locate and negotiate the commission with the prop maker that painted the screen used Luke Skywalker helmet that Rey wore in TROS. He is amazingly talented and here are the results.
