DRIVE (2011) Scorpion Satin Jacket

I am buying the steady replica to hold me off. I will be buying the Magnoli jacket no matter what.
 
I am still buying Magnoli's jacket, just don't know what color; kinda want that dark brown too! I have worn the steady jacket out probably 4 or 5 times by now, its an awesome jacket and very warm for the winter, which i did not anticipate.
 
Got my shipping e-mail today (I ordered Oct. 28), if anyone's curious about the progress on the third run.

And regarding wearing the jacket in public: Why on earth not?

Mine was ordered late-November (3rd run). Are they this slow that they're just now reaching the end of October, or were there that few orders in November compared to October? Their Facebook page said they would likely be done shipping the third run this Friday. WTF? :cry
 
If someone made fun of me for wearing my jacket I'd tell him, "You shut your mouth or I'll kick your teeth down your throat and shut it for you."

Good call on the Magnoli, he's answered my emails immediately and was very helpful. It was my first time buying tailored items online and he made it... less of a heart attack.:lol

There has been a bit of a wait but he explained it and it made sense, I'd rather wait and have it exactly the way I want it.

next Run wil be delivered Mid April, i`ve seen yesterday at the Homepage from getgoretro.com


now my Question: for the People where ordered from Europe:


How long does it take after being dispatched ?

and with which Service(UPS, US Postal, DHL) ?

Hey Magnoli, in case you still need the pantone numbers, I went to a couple printing shops today. For the lighter colors, I believe it's 121u (not sure if the U is needed, but you're looking for a #121 in the yellow-ish gold colors). #115 is also a good possibility. As for the darker color, it's probably a 124u. Hope this helps. My only concern for you is that the darker color changes color depending on the lighting and how you're looking at the jacket.

When I brought the jacket into the store, the guy was like "Hey I've seen that jacket somewhere. It's from a movie right? What was the name of it? Did you get it on eBay?"

Anyone else get the gloves or anything else? I reordered the gloves, hopefully getting them soon.
 
I got pair o levi's slim 511, 89% cotton and 11% elastomultiester, very stretchy and cost me only $94, 150euro from acne is high price and 100% cotton material can't be stretchy enough for me i guess.

Also i bought pair of converse ct leather hi ($56) for more sport look until i will order stacy adam madison model, the only problem is to choose size, i got 9 us from converse and 9.5 from nike, any advise?

I got half a size smaller than my normal glove size this time (7.5 instead of my real glove size 8). For some reason, their sizes are just weird. They fit alright around the palm, but were way too long and the fingers were too loose. London tan, because you only see the english tan once in the movie (The scene where Driver tests the race car and meets Bernie).

Also, London Tan goes with the brown on your scorpion jacket ;)

I had to pay for them again because I ruined them like an idiot. It wasn't their fault.
