haven't heard anything however it says as i am posting this that he was active 28 minutes ago ..... i have been periodically checking this page and his account for the past few weeks and he is generally on ever day or two so i don't know why he hasn't responded.

Sorry for the silence guys, I just haven't had much news lately. It sucks having all these packages ready to go and not being able to afford the shipping costs - I don't think I've been in this bad of financial shape since I was in college.
3d work all but stopped (I got one project last pay period...one...and it wasn't a big one either) so I've been job hunting, project hunting, etc., all day every day to get back into the swing of things but I'm constantly playing catch up on bills. The only thing paying rent right now is a combination of my freelance animation work and my girlfriend chipping in on bills that she normally doesn't.
Not what any of you wanted to hear, I know, and I'm sorry about that. ****'s just really bad for me right now and unfortunately, it means those packages can't go out yet and I've been avoiding jumping on here and saying anything for that reason because I fully intended to send them weeks ago but the money just wasn't there and it still isn't.

How much is postage for my 2 kits? I'm sympathetic but want them now.

I'll happily send the postage again for my kit as well. I'd rather pay double postage than not get my screwdriver.

I had another member make the same offer and I accepted under one condition, with the promise of paying them back. I'm happy to do this for any other members that want, I just hate that it's come to this. But like I said, I'm in a bad slump but I'll get out of it at some point and when I do, I'll settle up with anyone that does the same if that's what they want.

Hey everyone,
Anakin was kind enough to offer to pay for the shipping on the rest of the sonics in return for some modeling services so the rest of the kits have been sent out! Thank you all for being so understanding and patient during this rough time for me. It looks like I'm finally bouncing back with a new position at my job - I'll be doing illustration as well as 3d modeling but I won't hit full swing until sometime in January when various firms we do work for are back in action so it will still be another month or so before I can reimburse the members who offered to pay extra shipping to get their kits sooner.
Again, thank you so much for everything, from info that helped the design to sending parts for me to work with and of course everyone who bought a kit. I love this community!

There are plans in the works. Once I finish up with the 12th's sonic, I'm going to revisit the model for the Dark Eyes sonic so that it can be publicly printable.

Wanted to ask a quick question (or two): where did you order the sonic cores from (Character Options or Underground Toys), and how much did they charge per unit? I snagged a couple of 9th Doctor dummies (gutted) and would love to get then operational again.
