Decided to do some work on a side project I have had on the back burner for some time. After completing my Shoretrooper E-22, I had the remaining section of the barrel that I had cut off the S&T E-11 airsoft to make room for the new double barrel components. I put it to good use by extending the normal size barrel of another S&T airsoft to make it the accurate length for a Range Trooper E-10R.

Measured and milled the two barrels to ensure the were straight and true, then welded the two together and deburred the high points. Still some minor cleanup / polishing required before I attach my aluminum T Tracks. Using an extra E-11D stock and receiver attachment from Blaster Factory a few months back. (Luckily, he still had one in stock) and an extra tactical flashlight that I had on hand.

I believe in the movie it is simply two sided tape since they could permanently alter the rifle. I believe you can see the tape residue or missing paint on Luke’s trooper blaster where it looks like a counter was once mounted.

I have seen some people make an angled arm that comes off from the scope bracket that they can bolt the counter. I’m not promoting this seller, just using it as a visual of what I am talking about… E11 STERLING BLASTER SCOPE RAIL | eBay

Thanks for the kind words. I am slowing building up the arsenal. LOL

Have my next project in the works. Long overdue build that I have been a little hesitant to start. It seems quite daunting as the real LG parts are so illusive or expensive. From what I can tell, It seems like there are 14 rings of corrugated pipe. I used photoshop to brighten and contrast the screenshot from the film. Additional reference photos or information would be greatly appreciated.

LG update: Stain and 3 coats of polyurethane on my walnut grips and stock. Maybe one more coat and I will be ready to install the fittings.

Took a short break from my LG build to work on my Leia Defender from ROTJ. Used a blaster factory Margolin kit along with some custom machined parts. Assembled and ready for some touch up sanding and paint.
