Dexter: Blood Slide Case

"The Demon that makes Trophies of men"
-Predator
I want everyone to know that I am really a generous and pleasent guy to deal with. I have treated all my buyers with courtesy and generosity and am extraordinarily grateful to have had the opportunity to work on this project with my father and to offer a fine product to fans here on the RPF. I am extraordinarily grateful for my buyers and for the opportunity to share my love of the show - and the props - with them.
To the best of my ability and with the most sincerest and empathetic humility I have made public and private apologies which have, unfortunately, been rejected and I now hope to move on and continue to offer only the best customer service, high-end product and continue to work with passion and love towards any and all endevours I seek here on the RPF and beyond.
Peace out....and remember RULE #1!!!

Rule #1: Cardio. When the virus struck, for obvious reasons, the first ones to go were the fatties. But as the infection spread and the chaos grew, it wasn't enough to just be fast on your feet.

Oh, wait...you meant...never mind.

:D

:lol
OK, you fancy yourself a movie-quote guy - tell me what the First Rule in a Crisis Situation was in the movie 'Twins' NO CHEATING, you look it up online and I will throw your box off a building....just kidding!
But seriously. I'll do it.

TWINS??? Has anyone ever actually watched that steaming pile of excrement? I think I saw it on a double-bill dvd with Junior in the "We'll pay you to take it off our hands" bin at WallyWorld. :sick

Uh...that's the long way of saying I have no idea.

...I look forward to having an opportunity to make things right and forge a new friendship with Modeleers and work towards a common goal.

I recently exchanged a several PMs with Gen Frost...
While I think he & his father are doing a good job on their replica box - this is Not a 100% endorsement for this particular product (because I have Not seen one of these up-close & pesonal)
Also - I have Not actually discussed 'working with' General Frosty (aKa Jimmy)[/I] Nor do we have a 'common goal' in site...

It's true what they say...things DO have a way of working themselves out.:thumbsup
P.S - the Common Goal I was referring to was simply owning a box. It's a fun prop. How could a simple microscope slide box become something that a collector would want to display, look at, hold and appreciate for the design? Well, being a part of a fun and exciting show helps!

Hey everyone. I know my videoreview of Anthony Rockey's bloodslides box replica was posted in this thread before but now I've come across a new propmaker named Michael Cosentino.

Personally I really did like Anthony's craftsmenship even if there were some minor issues for those looking for 100% screen accuracy. Still, I can understand that making those "interlocking" (or what you want to call them) corners isn't really possible without some really fancy equipment.

Anyway, there are currently two videos on youtube from the makers themselves talking about the production of the box. In my opinion these look extremely well made and so far I can't really find any faults in comparison to the real deal. Both lock, numbering and corners look spot as far as I can tell. And you can even order them with a evidence bag (not sure if that is exactly the same as the one in the series though).

There's also an unboxing video from one of the people who bought one of these already.

Apparently these boxes will be produced in groups of ten and to those who want one you can go to http://www.michaelccollectibles.weebly.com/ and sign up on the waiting list (which I've already done of course) :love

So what are your thaughts? Could this be the ultimate prop replica or are the makers missing something vital that I just didn't see?

Haha, Michael Cosentino is the gentleman who posted directly before your post.

Michael is my father - I'm the 'project director' of sorts. I've been controlling this whole operation from the beginning, taking care of all sales emails, research and development and am very happy we have provided a quality product.
I have some delightful news to share sometime soon hopefully....

I posted these in my JY thread but wanted to share them here too...I FINALLY got my OWN box! It's a VERY special edition....more on that to come....
Can you guess which one is me and which one is my Dad??

Peace is the key.

That should be a T-Shirt my friend. Important words to live by. the quest for peace is something that fuels my path of enlightenment of good Karma.
