Hi there. Has anyone had any experience getting a store credit for an old Anovos order that was never fulfilled? I followed the directions on their website and sent an email request to have an old unfulfilled Anovos order turned into store credit over a week ago and have not heard anything back. Are they still doing this?

I did and they actually gave me more in credit than my original order cost. It was a great experience. This was quite a while back.

One area Denuo Novo is not great on is their communication and sometimes it can take 2-3 weeks before receiving a response, but I can't say anything has ever gone unanswered. I would give it a little more time.

UPDATE: Unfortunately they're allowing $150 off at 1500 points and the next level is all the way up to $350 off at 3500 points and I am 300 points shy of that one. I would've jumped on it there been an option for $300 off at 3000 points. DAMN!

I have that helmet and love it. I also have the Concept Death Trooper and just ordered two of the Hasbro Death Trooper helmets. The Hasbro version has one advantage to the DN version in they added lights to the chin. I kind of felt like DN missed the boat on this one. Though I have NO regrets getting it as it's a great helmet.

I was hoping to get a First Order Snowtrooper helmet with the points, but just spent a TON of money at Disneyland last week and should probably cool it a little. If DN gave the opportunity to redeem 3000 points though, I would not be able to resist.

Did anyone get the 50 points for joining the rewards program? I think being automatically enrolled as a previous customer makes it impossible to get the 50 points since we're not actively choosing to sign up. I'm so close to 900 points and could really use it.

Ordered the FO Snowtrooper helmet. I was going to wait until the next sale to order something but then remembered they will be increasing prices this month due to the stupid tariffs.

New points are applied immediately to your account. So if you want to order multiple items at the same time I suggest doing separate purchases for each item.

Did Denuo Novo release a 501st Clone helmet? I don't remember this. I'm guessing if they did it sold out and never became available again. Judging by the photo it appears they have the most accurate blue I've seen yet. My Master Replicas helmet is too muted and the new Hasbro helmet I just picked up today just doesn't seem quite right either.

I ended up ordering the First Order Snow Trooper helmet.

I was 3000 points shy of getting $300 off, so I only saved an extra $150. It still helped and the points are still good for almost a year.

And to my surprise I just received an email informing me "Congratulations! You’ve just earned Silver Tier status in the Rewards Alliance!".

Wow! I can't say I've experienced that kind of service from them. Have you checked your spam folder to make sure the emails aren't getting trapped somewhere?

Outside of that I'm not sure what to say except that they may have been really busy due to Celebration Japan and Star Wars Day.

Yes, unfortunately I have checked my Spam folder to make sure a reply wasn't in there. I guess all I can do is keep trying. It is definitely frustrating though and no way to do business.
