Yeah would love to see some comparisons of this next to the eFX…Thank God ! No comparison to the creepy paint job of the "First Look" helmet. It's looking pretty good now.

Maybe Gabriel will also do a Booth review at DenuoNovo, the eFX video was really great anyway.

Sometimes there are issues getting packages through customs. A Facebook group had a package of autographed photos and plaques stuck in customs for a very long time. The sender has no control of this. It's possible the item is just stuck in a customs warehouse or it may have been stolen. I don't know how long it needs to be stuck/missing before Denuo Novo will take some action. Eventually the box of autographed photos and plaques did make it through.Well I thought I would share my experience this far regarding my ordeal with this company (and specifically their international shipping company), as a bit of a warning for those of us who do not live in the US of A.
I ordered an "in stock" shore trooper helmet on the 14th of May, which was subsequently shipped out 2 or three weeks later. They ship via epost global for international orders, and actually only get picked up 2 or three weeks after their initial "shipped out" notification. My helmet switched carriers to DAI Post at some point along it's journey to Australia. It arrived in Sydney customs on the 23rd of June. And that's where things go pear shaped. Tracking states it's stopped due to "customs delay". I was fully aware that customs duty would need to be paid, as the helmet is over the duty free threshold of my country. However I've received no customs notice this far. After contacting DAI Post on the 26/5/2023 I supplied the items invoice, description, and screenshot of my card transaction as proof of the items taxable duty. I was requested by DAI Post to pay customs clearance fees weeks ago, which I did and thought this would allow things to move forward. However weeks have gone by and they only can say that "they are waiting for customs to get back to them". I have been in constant contact with the shipping company for the past 6 weeks since it was held with customs with little to no progress. It sincerely feels like they do not know how to clear a package.
Also to note I was given an Australia post tracking number on the 27/5/2023 to say they have it. But after lodging an enquiry to find out if it is still in customs, they simply responded that the package is lost. I've also since forwarded this information to Denuo Novo but have not received a reply. I contacted customs to find out what was going on and they too say they have no such package in their system. So now I'm stuffed and confused. I was hoping to order a couple more items in the future, but this has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
My only recourse is to do a charge back, however I'm not sure I'm able too, and would never want to do so unless it's a complete last resort.
Has anyone else ordered from them and had such trouble?

I have since (last week) received other packages that required duty to be paid and customs clearance to be processed without any hiccups at all. So this is certainly not normal. After contacting Australia post, who notified me that the package is "lost", and customs stating they have no such package in their "system". I'm obviously becoming quite concerned. Either it's segregated to a shipment that is not included in customs "system" so to speak and their chosen carrier is excessively slow to remedy the issue.. or it is indeed lost. Regardless of the actual delay, Denuo Novo seem to remain silent on the issue and it certainly appears as though they do not care about following things up. It's approaching three months since my order of an in stock item and clearly no end in sight IF it gets delivered at all.Sometimes there are issues getting packages through customs. Denuo Novo is a subsidiary of Neca who also own Rubies II, Kidrobot, Joseph Enterprises, Wizkids, and LootCrate. It isn't Anovos repackaged. Denuo Novo took over the Anovos backorders and designs. I don't know if this was a requirement to get the license or if they did it to have a head start on approved product designs and orders to fill.Sorry to hear about lost in transit items that's terrible . I thought about ordering something but had a change of heart after getting done by Anovos why on earth is anyone ordering from these guys you all have big balls or money to burn after waiting 2 years for an in stock Mando Helmet that I never received then to find out Anovos was holding out until these guy's took over what an absolute slap in the face out of pure protest I will never spend a red cent on a repackaged Anovos brand good luck to all of you they have some amazing items but do me dirty once sorry but I'm not going back for a second time .
