I finally got shipment 10 about a week ago and just got billed for shipment 11.

I guess no one is factoring in the fact that this is the busiest season for shipping companies all over the world... it's the holidays... everyone is sending packages all over the world at 10x the capacity of any other month... Christmas gifts to the in-laws, grandkids, family members, etc...so normally there are going to be delays for the shipments for this month and last month. I'm sure after the holidays are over things will get back to normal. So instead of bitching I suggest everyone show a little patience!

I received mine last week. It was a couple of days past due the usual date. Surprisingly they stopped using UPS which would totally destroy my shipments and are now using FedEx for me. I'm not sure if that is the same as the rest of Canada. I myself had several destroyed pieces in several shipments. I guess DeAgostini is trying to correct their problems.

Every time I see a UPS van I shake my head. They are the MOST expensive freight company I have ever received quotes from. USPS international has never let me down when I've bought stuff from the US.

Mine is coming via FedEx, and getting dropped off at my small town post office. The boxes are in almost perfect condition compared to the UPS delivery, where I'm pretty sure they were re-enacting the opening of Ace Ventura with my delivery boxes.

Yeah... I think my shipment 7 or 8 the box was damaged and the mags were a bit crinkled, but luckily no damaged parts so far. UPS has fallen so low lately... so sad! Now that they are using FedEx, perhaps things will get better!

I agree. I haven't had a single problem with USPS. Other than UPS, there is another company I will absolutely not deal with, Loomis/DHL. 40% of the time things arrived damaged.
