Hey guys,
I've been working on an Iron Man mrk 45 3D printed armor. It just takes so damn long to create armor which is 3D printed so i wanted to make an in between costume and though armored batman would be fun to make in foam. So here we go ^_~

Above is the start of the leg armor made in foam. Below was another armored Batman costume from DCU online I made a few years a go. It was made using pepakura and epoxy clay, Not fun to wear but looked cool in photos.

Very nice and clean. What are you using to cut your detail lines?

Im using this little guy here. you can find them at home depot. it's very useful because you can extend the blade out very far for angled cuts. also you can snap the blades off so you always have a nice sharp blade.
