Looking good...but I have a question for you: is that costume/suit made for you or for a client. I'm asking because the it seems too big for your height. The waist should be at the same level as your elbow for example (in a normal body measurement/mechanic) which is not in the pics you've taken. Same with the chest area (too low).Fist neck is glued with front and back pieces. Next time I will just cut off the neck area from front and back pieces and try to glue one big neck piece without cutting like puzzle template .
Any idea how to glue latex pieces together? I used special super glue with setting time but need to make connections stronger.

Looks awesome mate! That's some really dedicated work. How did do manage to create those hexagones patterns ?Small update.
When I finish airbrushing, the next step is to repaint silver parts .
