Costume Help Legion of Superheroes Jacket identification

Hey All,

I'm trying to do a Legion of Superheroes 5 Years Later group and am trying to find a jacket like this one, but cannot identify the style. Any ideas?

I'll just do some modifications to another if I have to, but if there's something like this out there to even serve as a baseline with the collar, it'll help immensely.

I found a couple of options that might work with some modification. My first thought was a white biker type jacket.
There is this:

It has the stripe features on the arms.
There is also this:

You'd have to modify it a bit though by adding the arm stripes.
What kind of material/price range did you have in mind? Any time constraints?
