I'd be happy to do the 3D CAD model if I can get a correctly scaled DXF or AutoCAD file of the profile and the correct thickness. I could probably add the deep cross-shaped depressions between the fingers as well if I have the correctly scaled 2D file and approximate depth (or I could eyeball it and we can tweak it as needed before blessing the final model

The text and artwork, however, would have to be applied to the 3D model or to the physical part as a secondary operation.
