Comic version Wolverine?

Seems like it would be a very common outfit, but I have found a very small amount of actual costumers attempting this version (atleast on the internets, anyway). I am toying with going about doing this.

HOWEVER... The biggest challenge is finding info on creating a bodysuit for the character. I don't mean the added foam muscles, but just going about constructing a somewhat stretchy, basic 'superhero' style leotard suit. Come on rpf, you must know something about this.

I plan on creating the X FORCE version of wolverine, which is basically the same thing, but with a color alteration and cool red glowing eyes (which i will do as well with the cowl).

What do you guys think? I believe comic Wolverine of all versions needs to be more celebrated.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! That's a cool lookin Wolverine!!!
Go for it!

I avoid doing the Blue and yellow comic version. There's no way a grown man, samurai/ninja and all that would wear such a thing.

I have the Brown/tan in leather, and have plans to make the X-force as well. Apparently I do a pretty decent origins version too.

I have a Wolverine costume that is part foam latex and the rest a bodysuit over a muscle suit for more of a comic look.

I wish that it was.

No, I bought Davidyr1's prototype Wolverine torso with attached head a long time ago. Painted it and separated the head at the neck for a better fit. Those arms are foam latex arms that were part of the costume also.

Would you ever consider selling it? It would work great the chest and arms for an under the spandex look for a comic batman.

Talisen, you look like you jumped right off the comic pages!!! You make one hell of a Wolverine.
Kudos!

Talisen , I really like the Wolverine Patch look . You really do Wolverine him justice.

WOW as I was reading the beginning of this thread I started thinking "hmm no one ever does Wolverine as PATCH!" then behold...... Talisen shuts me up!!!

Props for the Patch costume. I am a hardcore Wolvie head and Patch is probably my favorite version. Ever considered trying the Patch in the bomber jacket?
