Your whole build is amazing. I'm doing one out of foam and its taking ages. Having problems making the biceps look right (they look a bit squished). After I finish this foam build I might have a go at the whole filler/sanding way.

You get a nice product this way, but the suit isn't very mobile. I prefer moving around in conventions in my foam armor. I think for my next build I will try the xrobots method of plastic coating foam pieces and see how that turns out.
