One burst before you speak, white noise continues through speaking, then another static burst when ending. It only works in the push-to-talk manner, so you'd probably have to build in an on/off switch for a vox mode.

I agree with Jmtwo, the mic seems to pick up very little.

I love the animated look with the exaggerated Visor. I'd love for someone to mod one to look like Obi or Rex maybe even Phase One Cody. While its a kids toy it looks like it'd be a neat little display piece with that animated look.

It does have just about the best visibility of any helmet I've ever owned.:lol

The visor is made of nice clear plastic. Hardly any wavyness or distortions. The speaker is placed well and is very clear and at a nice volume.

I know some on here don't like it, but for $30? Come on. I like it way better than the old Don Post stuff.

I just picked one up for 29.99 gbp on Amazon.co.uk it'll be here by the weekend, I plan to do a step by step guide to making it into an AOTC version with the narrower visor :thumbsup
