I didn't preorder the helmet because I was waiting for it to be in stock before I did. I'm glad I did. Friend passed this message along:

Thank you for your patience as we await the delivery of the Star Wars Mandalorian Helmet from EFX. Unfortunately, EFX was unable to complete the Mandalorian Helmet and get it transported via ocean freight before the holiday shipping season began. While we had hoped that the Helmet would be shipping from the manufacturer by the end of October and arriving in December, we have now been informed that it will be shipping sometime in the 1st quarter of next year. We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this delay may cause, but we are grateful that EFX has taken the time to finish this product to specification.
Once the Mandalorian Helmet is close to arriving at our facility, we will reach out with shipping details. Upon printing the shipping labels for your package, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from our carrier along with tracking information for your reference.
We are grateful for your continued patience and understanding and look forward to receiving the Star Wars Mandalorian Helmet in the weeks to come. If you need anything else in the meantime or have any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask."
Doesn't look like its going to make 2019...no set date for 2020. Anyone expecting this to also be delayed till 2nd or 3rd season of the show?

Yeah, EFX has been on the bubble long before anovos stopped fulfilling orders.
Which is why they are still available on EFX’s site.
Must be people who really don’t k ow the company’s rep. It’s the #1 show in the world right now so I can see why newbies would trust that site. Ugh!!!

The thing is that way too many collectors (among them many are new to the prop collecting world) have no idea about the problems with EFX and Anovos - something that these 2 companies know as well and take advantage of. These collectors only care about buying a licensed prop, and not do a simple search about the companies history, believing that since they are licensed the experience will be great. Unfortunately they will only join the other collectors who already had their own experiences with these companies. One big "unhappy" family...
This is so funny to read. They say they are so happy they will have them shipped before the release of the show LOL Next week is the season finale and the release of the new movie and there hast even been an update. At least they didnt take money on preorders like EFX did.
I never went into my EFX pre-order with the belief the helmets would be shipping in December. I’d be happy if it shipped in Dec. of 2020. If it ships earlier, I’ll be ecstatic. If it ships later, I’ll be AOK. I knew what I got into with this order.
If the quality sucks, then I’ll be irate. [emoji38]
