wait...wtf? $699? The one listed on EFX is $300. Only description difference seems to be plaque and display base.

I didn’t see efx at NYCC, at least in their usual spot. Actually the new incarnation of Master Replicas was in EFX’s spot.

No. They directly state that their masters were made from the original molds twice.

“Utilizing the original molds that were used to make the screen-used prop, EFX’s engineers, model-makers and artists have produced a faithful recreation”
I believe that underlined bit in the latter half of the quote is just eFx patting themselves on the back for the work Legacy did. Nothing more.

Same “engineers, model-makers and artists” who can’t figure out how to make a scout helmet.
I guarantee that there will be multiple people that have been waiting for the legend scout that will pre-order this helmet. Absolutely boggles the mind!

It’s saying EFX pulled a cast from the original ILM Mandalorian helmet production molds to create their master, then made a production mold of their final master.
Anovos’s Mandalorian Helmets originate from 3D scans of the screen used helmets (meaning there’s more than one), to make their final molds.
Both were likely cleaned up before the final molds were made.
Yes. However, in their defense, I preordered the JP goggles immediately when they announced it and then having seen it pushed back over and over and over, I asked for a refund a couple of months ago. They got right back to me, didn't hassle me at all, and refunded it right away. So at least their customer service is good and doesn't give you any problems like EFX/Anovos.
I wonder if this is one of those things Disney will make Anovos fast track like the first wave of TFA stormtrooper helmets or some of the Rogue One stuff. If they show up in stock at the parks for purchase I'd grab one.

All their LE helmets are fiberglass.
Empty Promises instead of empty boxes.
So it should be shipping by Christmas.

And I'm shocked/not shocked there are still helmets available for pre-order.
