Chewbacca ESB with C3PO backpack (new work in progress)

And so it begins again......

Following on from my ROTS build, I am now making a completely new ESB version of Chewie! Have the C3PO head and feet from Starbuck so I'm just waiting on the body parts from TK409.

Have began making a new head sculpt with the distinctive OT features (deeper muzzle and straighter mouth), quick pic of progress so far!

Already have the new mesh suit in the process of being stitched.

I'm roughly halfway through this build, excuse the lack of progress pics but it's pretty much the same route as my last ROTS build so no need to repeat the whole process!

Only differences so far:
Hair shorter and darker, costume is larger overall to fit XL
Legs will be a lot leaner and feet more human like ala ESB!

This one will be up for grabs pretty much straight away (minus C3PO) so if anyone is interested please keep an eye on this thread!

Myself and 2 other Emerald Garrison members are in the process of making Chewie, Tarfful and Merumeru.

My Chewie will be primarily based on ESB Bespin with 3PO backpack but .... I'll also have a changeable cowl on the mask that will allow me to convert Chewie to a wookiee warrior with dreadlocks and also the same bandolier as the others.

I have yet to post any actual pics of the ESB build but I'm approx two thirds through the shirt.

I'm using a mix of #27 and #6 mainly, about 50/50.
And also #44 and #4, about 30/70.
Have gone a bit shorter this time, about 7 to 8 inches.

Lot more #6 brown and a lot less #27 strawberry blonde, he won't look as gingery as the ROTS.

At last the second Chewie is 95% complete. Need to add some more hair on the feet, get the lip snarl working and it's good to roll.
