hey blackdynamo1, did you use any grey primer on your foam build mk42? also I try to see what color gold you use for ironman mk 7 or 4..was it sun burts gold duplicolor?

ive a few questiions though lol what card do you use and wt thickness is it i only ask because im nearly done with my legs and i want to use card for my abs

Thanks J squared, Ive actually got 2 other suits left that I built better than this one. I even am almost done with my full cardboard version and ready to start the work to strengthen and finish with a Plastic Coating.... But this suit is looking pretty cool!

This is My EVA foam version, but I use regular corrogated back of the store cardboard boxes! ( the clean an crisp ones!). If you make your abs out of cardboard I suggest Strenghtening them and gluing over a thin foam base and use elastic to hold together so they flex! Just a little trick i used when I had my Mark 6.

awesome your cardboard builds are amazing probably going to build my mk6 legs using corrogated card, and when you say plastic coating are you going use a polyurethane resin?

Fiberglass resin....its a messy job and it takes forever it seems to get the pieces strong! ....but time is your best friend on a cardboard build so don't rush if you want Great Results!..... Keep Building!
