There is a interest list at the junkyard so far there are 14 members, very soon a will email you individually to take payment, i will try to make 10 helmets or more in one months then If there are more interesting 10 more the other months after that no more helmets. My time are limitles. i have kids to take care (school and personal stuff) theirs time is very important.

WOW!!! It turned out awesome! As far as I'm concerned you can quit your day job!!! :lol
I am strongly considering putting together a Captain America outfit, but I really like his First Avenger outfit better. I like the canvas, straps and buckles. Sure would make my year if you did a run of THAT helmet!:thumbsup

Thank you, this just one helmet (prototype?????) it need some little details to fix before going to mold, not big deal i will fix it, i will use sintra and my old dremmel, (i don't have a machine shop), here a photo what i need to fix, after this i'm done :wacko. Next week i will start molding so today i will start sending email to people are interesting for payment thanks again.

Thank you guys, i already fix the lower back area and wings, just a little sanding and ready to paint and molding. Later I'll show you photos of the paint i used for the helmet.

i have to say i'm incredibly jealous of the skill that the folk on these boards have
i wish i had these kinds of talents, i just don't know where to begin!
i think i'll tackle making the balaclava myself, just need to find a starting off point, and thanks to all the high quality pics we can get a good look at the patterns on the fabric as well, which is great!

I used diferent brand.
1. few coat of krylon primer (complete helmet)
2. two coat of krylon flat black (complete helmet)
3. one lite coat of harris dark blue (complete helmet)
4. then cover with blue tape the the borders and the rectangular area on the
back of the helmet.
5. one coat ( a mist of royal blue) play by instint in this step.
6. aluminun for the letter A
7. Vynil paper cut it with the shape of the wing
8. Two coat of clear mate, any brand will work.
