Thank you, It was a paint in the butt too many hours, I just finished sanding and primer, the helmet and the cover ears are completed, i will post the new and the last upgrade later on tonight.

Sorry, lots of questions,:$ but as with my Hellboy outfit, I won't even begin to attempt the uniform of this outfit until I source a really good headpiece.

Is this meant to be a display piece or will it be suitable for wear? I imagine your "run" will be one size (the size you made.) Did you make this to fit your head? Did you leave room for a liner of some kind? If it's "your size" what is your hat size?

Ok, here are the photos of the helmet completed, the size of the helmet is 23 inches confortable, at least to get inside the helmet because the bottom (back neck to the face) it is smaller than the top part that mean you have a little more space on top, that leave a room for a liner and padding , probably i can pull a helmet to 23.5 inches depending of how many coat of smooth cast 300 i put inside the helmet, but for sure is 23 inches confortable.
This helmet you can use it for costume or for display. That answer some question.
Ok here is the deal, i will make a interest thread list at the junyard section, if there are enough people interesting on my CA helmet and after everybody pay (for material, time and helper) i will make a silicone mold and i will start making helmet. The "helmet will be made" of few coat of smooth cast 300, i will reforce it with few cross strap of fiberglass so it can be very lite.
The helmet will be sold in kit form (helmet and set of cover ears, right and left side, need a little of sanding, primer and paint. The price for the helmet is $185 plus shiping. Thank you i hope you like it.

So is this the "final" helmet? it looks awesome so far but i feel there is still lots of room for clean up. Mostly just straighter and sharper lines. Especially on the ear piece. The edges look rather soft and rounded on that.
This is turning out very well though. Can't wait to see it all finished and painted up!

Yes, there are always room for inprovement, right now i'm working with more sanding in some areas and the cover ears was too thick, i reduced them more
and later on i will post some photos. Thanks for the comments.
