Can't find Tony Stark's sunglasses from Iron Man 3

I’d like to tell you a christmas story

more or less six weeks ago I said in a message that I was looking for the black/blue police neymar, and then since this thread is the best place in the internet this happened: Zeingal found a pair for me on a second hand french website that only shipped to france and asked the guy if he was willing to ship to a different country. since this was not enough to do a favor to a complete stranger (as I am to zeingal except for here), when this guy looked a bit lazy and stopped answering after a couple of messages, he wrote him again, and then this guy contacted me at last, and after three weeks I got the frame I was looking for at an incredibly low price.

thanks again Zeingal , I definitely owe you one

Glad to hear you finally got those !!! It definitely took some time ahah, but at least, they're on time for Christmas ! I'm sure they'll look good next to your other Neymars ;) (y)

Anyone wanna take a crack at these? Mostly interested in what the beast is wearing but yeah, an ID on these would be great :D
Not sure on the second pair (I'm busy working at the moment:oops:), but they look like they could be an Oliver Peoples frame, or perhaps Cutler & Gross...

...I don't know what film the first pic is from, but it looks like James McAvoy??
Anyway, they look a lot like vintage Steve Brown...

At first glance at the images of the frame, the uppermost bridge detail looked silver, but a second look and it's actually just a cutout detail in the frame.

If they aren't the vintage Steve Brown acetate aviator's, they are the closest I could find and are pretty damn close!! ;)

Hope this helps:D - I'm going to have a closer look at the other frames when I get time!!

UV400, its always a pleasure to hear from you, have you gotten any good shots of Loki's sunglasses from the trailer? I've yet to find any good photos. Thank's again!

Just really want to reach out and wish everyone on this forum “family” a very Merry Christmas, a very Happy Holiday, whatever you are inclined to celebrate. All the best as we close out 2020 soon and eagerly move into 2021. Thank you all for helping to educate me and give me added motivation with this unique MCU eyewear passion (obsession?)!

All the best!

Daniel Brühl a.k.a. Baron Zemo the main villain wearing the MATSUDA 2808H eyeglasses in the hit movie Captain American - Civil War! Frame color: ANTIQUE GOLD/MATTE HALF DEMI.

Those RM lenses look spot on!

Haha, you've made me blush!! Lol:oops::lol:

Funny, 'cos I've just found some more Warby's to chase down!! - To add to the Cass & Eaton's...

Also, been working on yet another set of lenses to try to get screen accuracy for my Robert Marc 719. Trying to match how they look in the "indoor scene" this time, instead of the "outdoor scene"...

Have we identified these? If so, can we please

Not ID'ed as yet, but I'll have a go, lol ;)

I think the second pair are Paul Smith Campbell PM8192 1005/81 grey transparent frame front with darker grey contrasting arms and temple detail 49□20 145 (with custom light grey/blue lenses)...

On the first pair, I've managed to find better pics...

I thought the prominent and quite unique looking hinge detail was the Gucci "horsebit" or even the Salvatore Ferragamo "gancini", but nothing I found seemed to really match up.

But, I think I've found them!!
I think they are Cole Haan semi rimless aviator's - I can't find a model number/size or a product reference picture anywhere, but did find some old ebay listing pictures and I'm pretty sure these are the frames, but in what looks like gold instead of silver - (It may just be the lighting though on the RDJ pics and on the ebay pics??)...

Hope this helps!! :D

GOOD FIND!!! I've been trying to figure out those dang aviators forever now!! At this point I don't even care if I get them I just needed to know what they were LOL

I apologize if this has already been asked but has anyone Identified Yinsen's glasses? I feel his importance in the growth of Tony Stark warrants rememberance and I wouldn't mind having a pair myself.
