I had a look at the Cortlands on ebay. They look great but £405 plus delivery seems a bit steep for me. If I was in the mood to lay out that kind of cash then for an extra £100 I could get Dita, or JMM models. That's no contest for me

Those wonky glasses I identified were actually a luxury and exclusive French brand that dont sell online... you'll have to find a location, walk in and buy them in person.

Do you have a reference picture of him wearing this frame (above) that you have ID'ed?


It's just I only have these 2 images of him wearing a different pair of asymmetrical frames...

The closest match I could find for my 2 images so far, were possibly Tom Archer 43□26 140...

I'm not 100% on these Tom Archer and should really look into it a bit further

Those Tom Archer frames have the same specs of the Ali Express Frames. So I'm a little vary myself.

Good news is the colors are quite varied, so you could pick up a clear aliexpress pair for less than $10 or various other crystal / tortoise colors.

I had 2 super cheap pairs from ebay from a while back, but the arms fell off the first pair.

They have sprung plastic hinges and the metal screw eventually just eats through the plastic hinge.

Wouldn't expect any thing less from a $5 frame!! Lol.

The grey Tom Archer's have what look to be reasonable quality metal hinges (not sure if the Aliexpress frames have them too, I hope they do!!)...

On the topic of Warby's, My Cass 200 were at a bit of a loose end, as I used the light blue lenses from them for the 353 that I got later. So I hit the 200's up with some gradient purple...

Found some Oliver Peoples O'Malley OV5183 1552 47□22 145 and put some light purple lenses in...


They are a bit too similar though to my Oliver Peoples Gregory Peck's posted earlier, so I'm going to change the purple lenses on the GP's soon.

Thought I'd share some pics of my Giorgio Armani AR7049 5290 53□16 140, as I've just put in some custom lenses...




While on the topic of Armani, I've ID'ed these...

Also worn when visiting a children's Hospital in London...


These are Rx prescription glasses Giorgio Armani "Frames of Life" AR 7089 in color 5092 (yellow havana) 51□20 145...


Not to be confused with their big brother - "matching style" sunglasses variant AR 8067. Same 5092 color code, but in larger size 53□19 140...

Part of the "Frames of Life" collection, as is the much previously mentioned AR8060 5402/R5 sported by Thor in Endgame...


Not too difficult to find and got some on ebay at a great price...

Out came the demos and in went some light yellow/peach lenses...

I've had another quick look around and found there's 2 pairs of AR7089's on "buy it now" on ebay from the same seller in Germany for a very reasonable price, for those quick on the trigger!!

Although so inexpensive it can't be denied that all 4 of those frames do look really good, and certainly "classier" than their price tag.
I've just ordered a purple/lilac hoodie for the same colour match idea.
I'm just considering buying the green lens version right now
