Just did and it worked fine. Got a confirmation email shortly after.
I was declined, possibly by my bank, but I authorized the payment for both banks and it still won't go through. I keep getting different error messages too. "No match" "unable to process" "card declined" "transaction declined" "street and postal code don't match" :/ I've never had a problem with Google Pay before

While ordering on my phone with apple pay, I was having issues. It didn't like "United States" for the country even though it was a drop down option. So I just added a "new" address from scratch (i.e re-made my original) and then it pushed though.

Hmm, bummer :confused: - I went directly through Shopify since it already remembers all my address and payment info from other sites (it immediately sent the verification code to my phone as soon as I input my email) and it went smoothly.
 
Duskraven, do you know if the issue is on the bank side specifically? I can ask Lewis to see if there is anything on the storefront side.

To everyone on the signup lists: yes. Everyone on the signup received a private gated purchase link to go and order their MoM from the storefront. This is the equivalent of the invoices. This allows the storefront to process purchasing the same way that Lewis normally does. The link is not available to anyone outside of those who have been on the interest list snd filled out the form. Once those orders have all been fulfilled any remaining stock will go public in the storefront, this ensures everyone on the signup list are assured their kit before stragglers come along to snag from the store directly.

Is anyone else having transaction issues besides Duskraven?

I do not know 100% either way because unfortunately it is outside of my bank's hours. I did try two cards from two banks and received a text from one and an email from the other to confirm the transactions and both just said to wait a minute and try again. I have tried since and continue to be locked out. I will need to try my debit cards elsewhere to see if they're locked/call my banks to figure it out.

Beyond that, does the information in the purchase need to match the information from the sign up? I don't remember what I wrote on the form and I have two addresses I ship to.

The physical address will not matter I don't believe but the gating may cause a problem if you use a different email address. I believe the cross check to the signups are by email. I will raise the issue to Lewis and let him know you are having difficulty checking out.

I appreciate it. I definitely use the same email, so my bet is on bank issue. Just hoping they didn't shut me off, because then I'll have no debit cards.
 
One other note specially to UK and EU folks coming up. There has been a recent regulatory change that went into effect yesterday around VAT. As a result the fully landed price for UK folks is unfortunately higher due to this.

we did not anticipate this coming so I feel bad for you guys, gotta love taxes in the EU.

for EU and UK residents the price will wind up being as follows for fully shipped:

Elite: £330
Standard: £258.

This is purely a result of the VAT regulatory measures.

Usually you can call the number on the back and ask for the fraud department to unlock it if that is an issue? I have run into this before when making UK purchases from the USA. My bank thinks it is fraud because I cannot be in two countries at once, haha. Little do they know in today's online world, you can!
