Yeah I couldn't wait I totally ordered the elite this afternoon after asking that question... I figured why not give myself a late Christmas present since I've been wanting a Hero and the new Mando episode didn't help.

Punchline is this: DHL finally has given us a exhaustive brief on the situation and a commitment as far as parcel pickup.

however that will not be until the 30th.

for those of you concerned with Brexit and VAT. Please know you are unaffected. We have already filled out necessary forms and paid necessary fees for your respective countries.

Also in your email you will find a promo code for 15% off anything in the store (or save it for our V2 or subsequent runs).

while these circumstances are out of our control, we acknowledge and understand how disappointing it is that you guys do not have your heroes yet. As a result, satisfaction and happiness is important to us, so we are making the discount regardless of whether it is our fault or DHL's. At the end of the day you guys are affected and we feel it important to make the concession.

With everything happening in the world at the moment it's really not unexpected that there will be hiccoughs and I hope you're not all worrying about it too much, and are off to enjoy the holiday season!
