I got 2 of the 3 cable samples in here's pics of both.

The large coiled is .175in diameter and the tie cable is .1in diameter. They both appear to be exactly the same size as what's on the bowcaster and I also wrapped the tie cable around a tube just to see what it looks like when wrapped and it looks pretty close.
I'm still waiting on the small grey coiled cable but will post pics of that when I get it in.
I don't have pricing yet but hopefully will have some numbers soon.

I do not mean to be a pain but can you answer the following questions because the answers might determine if these parts will fit on our frames and barrels:

1. What is the inside diameter of the hole where the barrel goes into the "Front Sight", "Barrel Mount" and "Barrel Support"?

2. What are the following measurements for the hinge base? (Width, Height, Top Distance to Hole Center & Bottom Distance to Hole Center)

What are these measurements to drill ?
When I bring it up to scale for the hole to line up with troopers bow caster the bottom sits flush ..
Vs the top of the back plate sitting flush ..

Or do we mount it by splitting the difference based on the mounting screw for the prod ..

The top of the hinge should be flush to slightly above the top of the frame when mounted.

I was going through one of my bowcaster boxes today and didn't realize I had all these extra original sweep arm discs. Unfortunately none of them were the flat top version that go on the side plates, so gotta keep hunting for those now. These ones were used for the trigger discs.

I'm gonna to try and trade these for the other parts I need/don't have yet.

The small cord is off of an old exercise machine which I believe is the original one used.

I have some more coming in and will be offering all 3 of the cables in a bundle for $60.
I will add the info to post #1 detailing the cut sizes and some pics of all 3 cables.

I'm not sure how many bundles I will have available yet, but PM me to get added to the list.

Just for my clarification, Portumac’s parts will be made to go with yours to make a complete bow caster, correct?
He mentions you will do parts in parallel with his, so does that mean you’re planning on doing another run of everything needed? If not, then it seems it may be more trouble than it’s worth to commit to his components if yours are already wait listed to me as someone who is interested in putting one together.

Yes his frame and parts will be able to go with my parts. You will still need the scopes, strap, and some discs to make it complete which at the moment aren't offered.
Nothing of mine is waitlisted at the moment if you want to be on the lists.
