Thanks bro! im gonna try to fill the pieces with spackle to make them rigid.
hmm I'm not sure if you want to use spackle, spackle can become very crumbly. I would look at some epoxy mesh and some resin. That may be better. Again, I am just shooting in the dark with ideas.

Or, use your cardboard as templates and cut it out of those rubber mats people use for costuming. I'm not a costumer, so I don't know what it's called, but I'm sure someone who knows will chime in.

yeah yeah, i know what you mean, im gonna use Eva foam for the helmet and the knee pads (and probably the jet pack).

Looking great so far! If you'd like to stick to cardboard because you're on a budget then use the cheapest 2 component resin you can find and for filling I'd suggest wood filler/ wood putty. Get one or two cans of filler primer because it's essential and you'll be thankful for that material to exist. In case you're not on a budget then I'd go with the suggestions above: foam or rubber sheets.

Thanks, i'll try to do it as accurate as i can with a limited budget (Bc some materials are way too expensive where i live) using cardboard and some Eva foam that i have here.
