I cracked up when the cut musak came on when you ran out of memory. I just started laughing !!!

I noticed what you call the wax screw ? Is that tool just to keep item in the cast in the mold in position? I noticed this in all of your molds?

Brandon I know it a way off but has anything started on the Carbon fiber handle ?

Not yet, still have to cast all of them first.

In the meantime, i’ve been working on my final mold

I figured out the slicing program, diagnosed a faulty thermistor as well as how to correctly connect it to my computer to manually control it and am going through the final steps to begin printing.

I just figured out how to load the filament and am working on proper feed rate and temperature before i go ahead and start with the barrel insert.

In the office, i’m warming up the clay so i can pour my base for the “Action” mold that will have the sprue and air vents attached.

About to be boxed to pour clay into.

I also purchased an Anycubic Photon.

I plan on offering 3D resin printed versions of the blaster after the metal version is completed as well as a stunt version.

So i’ve spent the week going back and forth with electrical engineers completing and then independently verifying all of the gerber files and subsequent coding to send to china to complete the circuit boards.

About bloody time, eh?

Yeah, i know..

I’m emailing manufacturers right now to get the best price for assembled boards, to make the future kits i’ll be offering to be super duper easy.
