Altghough pretty much a 'real world gun' I'm throwing my vote for the Colt Texas Paterson from Supernatural, with all the nice engraving its a really really nice piece :thumbsup

For me it would have to be

1. Pulse Rifle
2. Reinhardts (sp?) pistols from Blade 2
3. Morita from SST
4. Smartgun (Aliens)

Love those pistols...would love a set in the future

Blade's gun from the first movie. Very squarish, but functional beauty.

Any double barrel shotgun. Elegant, and two big honking holes to point at people.

Best rifle: M41a (Aliens)
Best slug-throwing pistol: A tie between Robocop's modified Beretta 93R and the LawGiver (Judge Dredd)
Best futuristic laser pistol: A tie between the Visitor Pistol (V), the Colonial Blaster (BSG TOS) and Combat Phaser (Star Trek V/VI)
Most original design: Jaffa Zat Nikitel (Stargate SG-1)

I just found this thread, and I would have a tuff time choosing just one, but if I had to I would go with Mal's gun from firefly. I freaking love that gun. There are a lot, and I mean a lot of prop guns I've loved, but I had 3 different replicas of that on. (still have 2 of them. :) ) There are a lot of props over $200. dollars I say "that's outrageous" "or I'll never be able to pay that for one prop." etc. but when it came to getting a metal Mal, I didn't even take time to thing, I just bout one. (it's the sidkit, I wish it was one of those awesome brass ones. ) The gun is just beautiful, if feels great, it's the perfect size. (big enough to be scary, and pack a punch, small enough as not to be unwieldy, and fight nicely under your coat, and not way you down.)

It may not go "Zap, Zap" shoot smoke out it's but, have cheesy flashy lights, or do more things then a Swiss army knife , but it doesn't need to. It just kicks a$$ and leaves that other stuff to the less confident gun slingers.

Blade's pistols in the first flick were pretty sweet as well, and I have a soft spot for the Lawgiver from Dredd.

The Old Painless minigun from Predator, the 1887 winchester shotgun from T2, desert eagle, walther ppk (and ppk/s) and the p99, han solo's ANH blaster, any six-shot .500 magnum revolver.
