LOL I RELISH a Challenge! I'm a "RIVET COUNTER" by nature... so I will NOT STOP Until it is as near "PERFECT" as I can get it!
But see... it isn't JUST the Mask/Helmet... I'm doing the ENTIRE COSTUME! I HAVE a Good Start on that! But Will Improve on it as time goes on!
Just re designed my adjustment screw for my neck collar
the one that came with the collar had a straight knurl
The new design that I’m now 3D printing has the cross knurl

Still needs tweaking but I’m impatient and want to see if it’s possible to 3D print something so small with threads especially a right hand and a left hand thread

That’s an idea I never thought of
I’m going to see a buddy today who is going to try and machine one from aluminium, if it turns out ok I'm going to get ask him about the Delrin, 1/2 meter rod is only a couple of pounds
I would do it myself but my mini lathe just doesn’t want to play ( pcb) is shot

I don’t know Nattys grill, I only know this is replicated by Gonk27 from an original grill as used for the reveal collar, I think Gonk27 and kurtyboy could answer your question better

Sadly I don't have my natty grill anymore to compare with, it was one of the first pieces I ever bought for my build. He did a fantastic job but I designed this mesh directly from a high res scan of the original material and checked the placement of each slot as there are subtle and tiny variations in their placement due to how the mesh was made.
