I got mine also and I was surprised that its scheduled for tomorrow. As soon as I get it I'll post an unboxing video. Let me know if anyone has special requests for any close ups or something they want to see. Someone on rebel scum recommend a shot from the inside of the helmet to see the visibility through the mesh.

Take photos of it next to the Kylo hilt so we can all wish that someone would pick up where prop shop left off :D
 
oh good...mine shipped and it appears it's getting sent to the wrong address....i had it changed in september and the 2 shipping notifications from anovos, each had a different address...

now I have to get up at 3am to get onto live support and try and get it redirected in time...

talk about a buzzkill...
 
I had the same problem! And now I cannot log into my Anovos account!

You would think the website has a place to edit your account details or even change password at least!

If you're not already in it, I would join the Knights Of Ren costuming group on Facebook. Helmets have already showed up and about a million people are posting them.

Over all, it looks pretty damn good. I'm still not a fan of the paint job, texturing, or magic marker weathering but it's definitely a phenomenal base. The Black Series with mods is almost identical.

Thanks so much for the video! By chance do you know your head measurement ? I have a large one at 23" I'm wondering if I have a chance of fitting one.

where the heck did you find that beautiful acrylic display box for the cross guard! that thing a beautiful!!!

I just measured my head and its 22" so it will fit you. Just don't put the top pad in.

Thank you! I ordered the stand form a guy on eBay that made it for me based on the stand used at the Launchbay at Disneyland. The display box I ordered from casesforcollectibles.com
 
These look really great. Seems the complaints about the "sharpie marks" or "worms" or whatever people were calling it were unfounded, based on what HD screens show. Also seems that the Black Series Hasbro helmet is a decent substitute, with a few mods. Since it's hundreds of dollars (once those mods are paid for) either way, I'm happy to be going with this one, but arguments could probably be made either way as to what's best for everyone.
