3Phase - The X-Y Wings are 1/24 scale. Dymerski Y-wing and Steve Neison/Capt Cardboard X-wing. The tiles are a mix of 6" and 3" tiles from minifig and placed on a sheet of 38" x 20" black acrylic.
This will eventually be re-worked with clear acrylic poles and adjust the mounts so it actually sits on the shelf right. I actually thought I could eye ball it... I think the tiles will look better with some weathering as well.

Just adding a couple of pics of a lighted 36" x 13" MSD I built on the cheap this weekend. I bought this graphic from Bobatrek a couple of years ago but lighting it was going to be a pain so it sat rolled up. If you didn't know, SMDs disperse light really well so even 2" of depth is enough for nice even lighting.
8' of 2" x .5" strips, a sheet of plexi, 8' of spare LEDs, black duct tape, some dry brushing, and a few hours later I had this:

You nailed it! Most of the BSG stuff in that pic is screen used though the chair is probably my favorite BSG item.

Just insured the shrine with Collectibles Insurance Services. It was one of those "to do" list items which has been hanging over me for a while.
First time I've itemized the list and I was shocked at both the number and cost.
