I don't think it is a "re-do" of the 2019. I think it IS a 2019, painted to more closely resemble the Worldcon blaster. Thus, at least based on the seller's representations in the auction, what you're paying for is the different paint job and the limited nature of the model.

The seller is the same seller that did the last run of $200 "Off world manufacturing" blaster. It's the company that makes them. They listed a number between such and such of a 130 piece run.

They are doing a special 130 piece run that have this new "hero" paint scheme.
