took me a while but I finished my replica of the dustjacket for "history of magic" enjoy, little bit of advice be careful with the frame of the photo if u want to gold foil it, just use gold marker

Thanks for sharing and thanks for the advice. I do plan on gold foiling. I haven't done it so I know I'll have a lot of trial and errors.

Question. Who has used the L gold foil transfer for this book?! How do I do it exactly. Just got the gold foil but confused as to how I g go about doing it just they ls parts not the red

Thanks for making these files available. Here is my attempt. First time trying foil stamp on the fabric cover and the hot foil laminating technique on the dust cover with laser printed cover. I will probably have another go at the dust cover someday but for now I just need to weather it up and see it looks over all.

I just made mine up with what I thought would look good. Plus I just enjoy doing marbling. I'm not even sure what the original had (if any)

This is absolutely magnificent. Thank you! Bookbinding tutorials, here I come!
Just a warning, once you start binding books it becomes a bit addictive. I have bound everything I could think of including a text file Donkey Kong Walk through, a pdf wadrobe guide for my wife and a typed up version of our recipe book that we have been working on for 9 years.

Props are always my favourite and I can't wait to do my next once I have settled into my new home.
