Here is my near completed version, I don't know if I used the same base files or not. If I get some translucent redish Pla I might redo the grips soon. I also 3d printed the base. It was a week of solid printing
I was thinking of trying some translucent orange PLA with a 100% infill and then airbrush a thin coat of black on the back of the grips to act as a darker contrast.
Well the stand was a different 3d print, but i loved it. The tiles are the frank loyd wright ones from deckards apt. So sculpture isn't far off from the mark
Amazing stuff. I'm trying to hand build a blaster from scratch (I'm about 30% done) - no moving parts. This is really inspirational. Thanks so much for posting.
I know it's an old post, but I too have used the files from Andrew but the grips are delaying me in finishing mine as I would like the Amber ones. Is it possible to purchase these from Sean? They look awesome. I purchased a set on Ebay but they were way too small and not the same contour as the grip. Hope you don't mind me attaching pictures. I used a Formlabs 2 printer and my Ultimaker 3 for the parts you can't really see such as the frame to save on resin.

I apologize. I interpreted as possibly being sold by you but perhaps it was just a spare set you had. I have been over at that site but can't post until the Admins approve my account. Thanks.
