I figured it would be a nice gesture for posterity and preserving the lineage of the original parts. Besides a few blurry pictures of the 5 footer under construction in 1976 with shelving filled with model kits, I haven't found another resource. Just my two cents!I would hope that the 3D parts will be in folders named specifically for that kit.
To provide photos to the level ventuoguy is requesting is a lot of work on top of an already huge workload.
This type of cataloging would take a lot of time. Time taken away from the making of the files. Not sure if practical but in the end would be very useful.
Would you pay $1 for a 3D scan of an entire kit's worth of greeblies? I would.
That would be Tier 6.$1 would be an incredible deal, which tier is that?
Ohhh I see now. $150 for scans of 150 kits. The math is easy on that one! This means we will be getting the entire original model kit, not just the culled parts from Star Wars builds- incredible!! Can't wait to see the first scansThat would be Tier 6.
