2019 SECRET SANTA THREAD - Registration CLOSED

be sure to list what types of things you like to collect, cause a list of several genres but nothing else specific isn't an easy runway to land on. If all you listed was Star Wars and Frankenstein and you haven't posted much of anything else don't be disappointed if your gift is nothing like you hoped it would be. Something simple like, "I love anything made from scratch", or,"I love/don't like sculptures/models..." maybe even describe some things you have collected that you're proud of or something you still need. It isn't conceded to be specific. It's a $20.00 secret santa, not the plans to the new "death-star". LOL!!! Happy holidays!

I'm definitely waiting till the last minute....lol This is secret Santa not secret Thanksgiving.........;)
You are seriously going to be testing someones will power giving them a gift that they know is liable to be the best gift they get this year and they'll be expected to wait some 5 weeks before opening it. Its almost cruel...... but its fun.

It’s more that since it’s going overseas, I don’tknow how long it could take to get there...

Yeah, my logic as well. One year I had a package go missing, so wasn't able to organize the replacement until January. Kind of puts a damper on things... I'd rather it show up early. The waiting... that's up to the recipient! :)

If you use properly tracked and insured companys then there should never be a problem even if you post an item in the first week of december, if you use weak and cheap postal/courier services then you are just asking for trouble especially around crimbo time.

Indy, being a Master Member, is fully aware, as are we, that even the best of the delivery services can have unexpected delays or even losses. In this case, earlier works out to all of our advantages.
