Sorry to say there's no need to be sorry because my theory is correct. There is clearly a fiddleback on there. Can you not see the seams? Hell, my eyes aren't that great and I can still see it, so it it can't be that difficult.
There is a center back, a side back, and the waist seam goes all the way across the center back.

I was also correct that there is a Center back vent, but no traditional side back pleats on the skirt.

I'm not arguing with you. Just explaining why I'm right.

This should shed some light. The skirt is on Smith's coat is much simpler than the illustration, but the top is pretty dead on in the back.

Either or. They are both the same. with different fronts and different skirt lengths. This is only meant to show the back seaming on the jacket. The skirt is different, as is the front.

Has anyone found a close enough for this jacket yet? I haven't seen too much discussion about it, and I'm wondering about any good alternatives to the actual fabric. I would prefer not to sell my soul to get this jacket, if at all possible

Hi!! I've been going through several of these 11th Dr Who threads and can't seem to find any information on the possibility of similar fabric to W. Bill's tweed online? I can't afford the Shetland Tweed he offers (if it is even available anymore). Can anyone recommend something close? I really would like to make myself a fitted 11th doctor female jacket without having to order the $400 repro only to tear it apart. Thanks in advance!!!
