Heres the latest adjustments to the body and posture.... Arms a bit longer... hands a bit bigger... Body shorter... Legs longer neck and head more forward and the stance has to compensate for the weight of Yoda on his back :)

Great work! I thought the arms & hands looked a little small before, but I wasn't sure if it wasn't just a trick of the camera perspective. Looks better now, and the pose seems to match the source pic better as well. Although the face looks to be pointing down more than the source pic now, but I can't tell if it's just the camera angle. If it's not the angle, I'd suggest try tilting the head up while keeping the neck bent down, so the head is still forward but not facing down so much.

this is a very ambitious project phil, if you pull it off (which i have no doubt) it might be your most impressive to date.

Thanks guys,

Although I'm not totally sure yet how I'd like the posture to settle on this I was thinking this more thoughtful head angle (tilted down) was better than in the main reference picture and more in keeping with the moment. :)
