Yet another Arkham Knight Helmet WIP

Wassup! I've been hiding in my cave stuck in perpetual development mode.
OK just look at the pictures.

Mark1 and Mark 2 3D printed prototypes for sizing and fitting purposes
The final model still need a bit of work for attachment points.




Final Model is done. Based on a ton of references including the new action figure.
This is the third and final revision and off to print in a objet printer.


My Arkham Gallery of Villians is almost done.

Still need to perfect the models and get it molded.
Black mask is done but have yet the time to make castings. Deathstroke still in progress but it will be awesome whenever it'll be done.
So busy designing, developing, sizing, 3D printing that I have no time to go online.


Arkham knight will be injection molded and currently doing tests on a black visor that's vacuum formed
but that may be too cheap looking. I want to see how it looks and then decide. Hopefully you guys can
help me fund the high end modeling production. Anyone interested please contact me via pm or email

You say "yet another..." but I have not seen THAT many Arkham Knight threads yet.

Now that that is out of the way: VERY nice work. That thing looks lovely. Granted, I'm not sure what the visibility will be like when worn, but that doesn't take away from the beautiful detail.

I've posted an interest thread in the classifieds.

I plan to make this totally injection molded with a Polycarbonate Visor so the entire thing is see thru and just the LED's eyes set up just below or above the eye line.

If I do hand make the visor it will be vacuum form but that looks cheap and flimsy without a stronger resin frame around the helmet.

Isolated the main Visor area to be Vacuum Formed gonna take about 2 weeks as I'm sending it off
to a fellow Prop Maker @Pr_Props for the work.

The third prototype is almost done, Sizing issues indicate a slightly larger helmet size change may be needed.
I can't wait to be done. I myself wanted this helmet for myself and the good thing is having the ability to make it.
