I feel bad for not making a long in depth review of this $90.00 product but I think the pictures speak for themselves.

I called the customer service number on the card included with the purchase and it's fake. It connects you to a company called Varsity Tutoring.
I called the customer service number on their webpage and it just rings forever. No one answers and no voicemail system picks up. :(

I ordered this through Xcoser's storefront on Amazon so fortunately getting my money back shouldn't be a problem.

I'm surprised though by the poor quality. I got the impression that Xcoser had a...how do I say it...a known presence in the cosplay community? Like they weren't Pit Viper Studios level of quality but they weren't bad either. But this? This is just awful! This is Rubie costumes levels of bad. lol

So I ordered another one just in case I got the one bad copy by accident.
Spoiler alert: It was not.

These things are utter trash.

yeah, they don't package their products very well and you really have to work at it with a heat gun to straighten it back out. I had to do that a few years ago with a Bane mask I bought from them. 90's pretty steep for something of this quality, but honestly, if you get your money back from Amazon and they don't require you to ship it back to the seller, you could make it work with a heat gun and maybe a layer or two of fiberglass or something to stiffen it up a bit.
