Worf's Baldric (Sash) from Star Trek The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine

So, after a lot of research I finally gave in to making Worf's baldric! I recorded the entire construction process in a 2 part series and plan to continue on with making the additional items and costume to become Klingon!

I know this is old but has anyone figured out which conveyor belt the baldric came from? I cant exactly recall which mode and company it's from but I remember seeing it before.
The TNG art department has said for years it was a motorcycle chain or bicycle chain but I saw it years ago in plastic at an auction. It was really expensive or I would have bid on it just for the chain.
