Some of you are probably already aware that I'm a pretty big fan of the Uncharted series of video games. I don't get into costuming as much these days but this is one that I feel I can pull off fairly well.
I start with the shirts (this costume is mostly based on the Uncharted 2 look).
I bought those a while back at Wal-Mart. The ring with them is just an old silver ring I had.. it doesn't have the inscriptions and will probably be replaced by the one on Shapeways.
My Jeans are "Mossimo" brand from Target
When my brother died, I inherited an angle head "torch" and a dummy grenade.
I actually need to replace the flashlight but I painted the 'nade with a green rustoleum paint (the kind that takes a few days to dry lol)
My holster is from Ken's Leatherworks. The Beretta is an airsoft springer that I got from Amazon and the magazines are the ones made FOR that model of airsoft pistol.
The belt is an old leather one I had around.. nothing special.
nothing special there. BUT I made the buckle.. it's not perfect and doesn't really WORK as a buckle but it looks fairly decent.
It's actually made from different layers of plexiglass of different thickness.
Here is how it currently looks together. (I know.. my hair looks like crap. We were walking home from the library earlier and got caught in a storm)
Oh crap! I forgot the hip pouch and the watch... I made the hip pouch. It's what I use to carry some essentials at work. With the watch, I swapped it onto a leather cuff that I also had. simple swap but I forgot to take a picture of it on it's own. I usually just use the normal watchband.
