Hey everybody,

I know everybody on this forum probably has noticed a mistake in a film.
So what is your most favorite mistake ever.

My personal favorites:
Star Wars- stormtrooper head bump. (classic)
Jurassic park- the mispelling of "tyrannosaurus rex" on the cooling tanks. (Jurassic Park has a ton of mistakes.)
Star Wars- disappearing coat in Obi-Wans house.

Not a movie mistake but one I will always remember: My gf used to make me watch 90210 with her (the original not the remake) and in one episode one of the characters was walking into the house and slung the door shut behind them. It didn't shut all the way so you saw a crew member's hand on screen reach for the door handle and pull it the rest of the way shut. Always made me laugh for some reason.

The one I hate is in Star Wars ANH... The THX edition... When Luke is training with the remote ball... The lightsaber color is disgusting...
Also in ROTJ... the lightsabers blades are passing through each others during the duel.

I also find luke's saber discolorization in ANH quite repulsive.
In that same scene you can see R2's head pop up slightly in the background.

Its a tie --

Three Men and a Baby's famous ghost boy!

Or

The scene in Whatever Happened to Baby Jane when Bettie Davis accidentally sat on her balls.

The crew members foot sticking into the scene in Aliens when Frost takes a flaming tumble in the atmosphere processor.

I'm glad they kept in it the Blu-Ray version.

Sam Raimi's "A Simple Plan".Microphone dips into a scene for a good minute(maybe less)...classic scene killer.I wonder if that was fixed on the DVD release? Or (and I don't care for this film) but the camera man's refelction on a window in James Cameron's "Titanic".

This one made me infamous in my household.

In Rambo 3 when the Russians attack the village, Rambo take charge of a huge machine gun, fires on the helicopter and just before it explodes, it magically transforms into cardboard and explodes! I LOVE that one!

ROTJ when rebels are caught on Endor... DVD time is @ 1:36:53, on the farest right a stormtrooper has his hands on his head with no helmet on as if he's held captive. He's visible for less than 20 frames

Stripes, when Bill Murray is trying to go AWOL, and Harold Ramis Tackles him. Close ups Bill's Duffle Bag is under his head, Cut away shots it's at his side.

That was one of the rebels in disguise. See the scenes before when a trooper runs after Han and gets captured, a rebel then takes his armor and guards the door like nothing happened.

Titanic: Jack tells Rose about ice fishing on Lake Wissota. That lake was built six years after the ship sank.

Braveheart: as much as I enjoyed the movie, almost nothing of the time line is correct. And the first big battle was entered around Stirling Bridge. (There was no bridge in the film's version of the battle.)

Ohh yea the bearded rebel takes his gun off walking toward him then the next shot the scout trooper is adjusting his helmet.

How about on ESB in the wampa cave, you hear Luke's saber power down when he runs out but the blade is still up. My brother assumed it just skidded across the snow making the same power down sound effect

When Robocop throws the mayor out the window, and you can see him bounce (which would happen for a safety device, not a sidewalk). And the ANH head bounce, of course.
