Here's a few shots of the crack in my gun. Plastic seems kind of thin in this area. I'm shooting an email to the guys at WETA, I'll let you all know what they say.

Its about 1" long and wraps around the side of the gun and the cylinder at the bottom. Doesn't seem to be structural, just kind of sucks.

That sucks Volpin, I hope that gets resolved quickly. I've had no trouble whatsoever with Weta's customer service so far, I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you.

It's pretty incredible only 200 were made, that's a really limited run for a film accurate prop. If we all teamed up we could be the District 9 501st

Yeah but it sucks when you've paid that much for it, might aswell notify Weta. Stops it from losing value too.

Just noticed the gunk in the joins on Volpin's close ups. Looks awesome, can't wait to get my Arc.

I'm Sure Weta have accounted for possible damaged items during transit, and are well prepared for such eventualities!!

Hopefully it should be an easy and painless process for you Voplin.

since weta has not charged me for my AG yet i have no weta dollars to put towards the AR, any suggestions?

i dont want it to sell out on me waiting for weta to charge me............

I went ahead and ordered. If the Weta dollars I earn for the Arc Gun aren't applicable to a pre-order I aleady made for the Assault Rifle, I guess I'll just cancel then re-order, presuming it hasn't sold out by then.

Looks like they are incrementally increasing the run size. First 200 now 300 with the AR. I just hope the numbers stay relatively low.
