I forgot to post this, theese are the dremel bits i used for detailing tigh spaces and my homemade popsicle sanders

Evil bay, theyre called jewelry dremel bits
But they arent very strong (the thin ones) but they are good for hard to reach spots and detailing

Update time!
Did a quick mock up with uncle gazpacho

Cardboar....yeah i used cardboard again... Blame Stealth!

Resined

Testing it

Holds pretty good for now, im waiting for the mechanism to motorize it

Right now its just fiberglass mat from inside, no metal, its very strong

Reinforced the inside of the ex-wife pod while fiberglassin the other stuff

Reinforced with some fiberglass mat the neck guard

Added a piece of plexiglass to the minigun barrels, did a tiny hole in the middle for the shaft

Drilled this as well

Bicep in bondo finished

Primed! Still need to smooth and add the bolt detail

More to come next week

Just a suggestion but you might want to put a piece of aluminum, wood , or piece of metal stock on the inside of the back piece where your bolting in old painless. If not you run the risk of that bolt pulling through eventually, and that gun is to pretty to end up broken on the floor.
