Where did you get those Dremel bits?

Evil bay, theyre called jewelry dremel bits
But they arent very strong (the thin ones) but they are good for hard to reach spots and detailing

Just a suggestion but you might want to put a piece of aluminum, wood , or piece of metal stock on the inside of the back piece where your bolting in old painless. If not you run the risk of that bolt pulling through eventually, and that gun is to pretty to end up broken on the floor.

Ill put my money on fiberglass with washers nothing more, no metal
