Reinforcing the guns with styrene

This is how they look glued

I wanted to motorize my minigun, but i though lexan wouldnt hold the gun weigh plus the motor etc, so smoothcast 300 came to the rescue
Gave it a thin slush from inside, 2 coats each piece

Threw a coat of primer there to see how it looks, still had to work the seams

This week there wont be too much progress on the armor due to my schedule, but next week ill keep on it with more parts, stay tuned and thanks for watching

Nice job brother, I see you are using the same method of laminating the parts with styrene. Electraflier did the same with his back, I wish I had the space you two have to work on, Sigue pa' lante primo. I was back in Dominican Republic i would had the privilege to work outside the whole year.

Allright back on this
Today i spent some time preparing stuff
Sanded the barrels ring and glued the pvc tubes in place

Reinforced the arm with smoothcast 300 and fiberglass

Used styrene on some parts as well

Dremeled the seams of the side guns

And started modifiying the torso, giving it more detai

Im gonna work the back section first, because i wanna see ol'painless installed, then ill work on the ex-wife pod, no missile pod on this one
