Looking good i use hinges on mine too..i also used some slightly bigger ones for flaps....hey bondo makes everything look way better hopefully mine looks half as good as yours..

Well that was all for today, tommorow ill work more on it, i wrote with blue marker what i have to do as you can see, hopefully tommorow ill finish it and start the bicep and elbow
 
Tuning in really late, but to the best part! Love the progress! Also, love the amount of pics you are posting. That's what makes an interesting read... the pictures, because we know we are all like little pre-schoolers and prefer the pretty picture :]
 
I'm thankful that not only are you posting progress pics, but you're also posting pics of the hardware you're buying for the hinges and such. Makes it easier for folks like me to shop for ourselves at local stores!

I wanted to motorize my minigun, but i though lexan wouldnt hold the gun weigh plus the motor etc, so smoothcast 300 came to the rescue
Gave it a thin slush from inside, 2 coats each piece

Nice job brother, I see you are using the same method of laminating the parts with styrene. Electraflier did the same with his back, I wish I had the space you two have to work on, Sigue pa' lante primo. I was back in Dominican Republic i would had the privilege to work outside the whole year.

Sanded the barrels ring and glued the pvc tubes in place

Reinforced the arm with smoothcast 300 and fiberglass

Dremeled the seams of the side guns
