Longevity care questions on latex Godzilla mask with built-in fog machine

Hi everyone!

I recently acquired this incredible Godzilla 1989 bust/mask by KFX Studios, complete with lights and a fog machine to simulate his iconic "atomic breath".

I'd like for it to last a long time, so I've been looking into ways to properly care for latex masks. A lot of it is obvious: no direct sunlight, no humidity extremes, keep it dusted, keep it supported (it has a form-fit foam insert thankfully so no worries there), don't let it get sweaty and gross. That much I get.

However, an important thing I hear about is that certain oils will destroy latex, in some cases RAPIDLY.
The fog machine - a huge selling point of this mask - uses a "fog juice" consisting of vegetable glycerin and propylene glycol.

I have concerns that these ingredients might harm the latex and dramatically shorten its life, but I can't find any information on whether they actually harm latex or not. Or maybe they do, but the tiny amounts that are atomized into the air aren't enough to really affect it.

Does anyone have any ideas on what how the fog might affect the latex over the years? I don't plan on wearing and using it *frequently*, but it'd be nice to know what, if anything, I am chemically doing to my cool new mask.

Thanks in advance!
