I've been using crappy klean Klay. I actually removed all that clay last night from the Iron Manhelmet. It's just too soft. I switched to monster clay. It's a lot better. Much more sharper. I'll hardly have to sand much on the cast if it keeps going well.

Nsp medium seems to be the default best choice I think

Thats he one i use nsp medium, but its a little hard

Me too since i dont know anything about servos, i made a retractable blade gauntlet for my predator suit, thats the only electronics i made so far, but used gerabox instead of servos

I just use a gearbox with limit switches as recommended by maintenance at my work.

A lot cheaper compared to a servo setup.
I'll do a servo setup at some point. I'm just content with the one I have wired up to not really need anything else.

Good to hear it can be done with a gearbox, its something i understand better, i was about to do the same i did with my blade gaunt, find a way to put it in the helmet and operate it with a dpdt switch, but ill wait for your tutorial first to be more confident
