You are truly a master pepper. That barrel is a nightmare to do too, because of all the fine details. Seriously, master pepper. :thumbsup

Great work you have. I started work on my first suit yesterday, the Iron Patriot, and almost finished the helmet, but I think it's too small for me. Do you mind sharing the files you're using along with what scales you have them set to?

im using jackies files..helmet set at 9.00 scale...

Nice, thanks for the help. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress.
One more thing, have you only been fiber glassing the insides of the parts?

what you mean only the inside?..I put resin on the outside fiberglass on inside

Hey Don Juan,

I was working on the Iron Man mark 3 myself, got the helmet all cut out and glued together, came togehter pretty nice for my first pepakura file. But seeing your 'patriot' I really want to make that one!
Can you give me the files of this 'patriot'?

Did you scale those files? I think i'm about the same size as you are so if you can give me some info on that it would be of great help.

Love your Threat, keep it up!

Patriot files are in the first post of Jackieisrockins Iron Patriot thread. Use the search function for jackieisrockin's im3 iron patriot

ok now I'm almost done with pepping my IP cannon but i noticed its not inverted..like in many or all pictures..so i suggest you invert it..i might do that one part only to get it tight..here are some pictures..i also cheated a little..in some spots the pep its close to impossible..i didn't want to mess with it so i got some coasters that i had from my work and made some parts with it..well here are some pictures hopefully they talk for themselves..I'm not an expert on thus but it sure help and reduced some time..is not deformed either..well kinda..lmao..but its more solid..lol..

Now that's a cannon. Just amazing work Don. This build is going to be right up there with the masters, where it belongs...GM

Beautiful work Don. I'll be the first to say that the pep is EXTREMELY difficult to follow spot on, some of those gaps are only millimeters. You have by far done the best pep I've seen. (y)thumbsup
As for the inverted file, I'll take a look at it. Facing the cannon from the front, the millenium falcon-shaped side plate should be on the right side.

on the 3D i believe is the right way..but when you print it out its on the other side..

here's a little tip for those who arerockies at pepping like myself...sometimes when you glues it doesn't come out right three first time sometimes you don't have to start all over.the good thing about hot glue is that you can fix it..hers some examples..i pepped my helmet and some parts out didn't look right..so i went ahead and reprinted those parts and glued them over thin cardboard..i used a shoe box..i recut it then used lots of glue to melt the old glue and you fix it and Arty the same time it makes it harder so resin won't make it sag..

here's some pictures before..
